What's up at Bear Mountain Resort
Bear Mountain: Bear Mountain is located in Southern California and has long been a winter attraction for those living in the area. Formerly named Goldmine Mountain, it is the sister resort of Snow Summit; the two collectively make up the Big Bear Mountain Resorts. Bear Mountain is known colloquially as “The Park” because most runs on the mountain have terrain park features. Bear Mountain is home to the only superpipe in Southern California, and it is well known that Olympic gold medalist Shaun White skied and rode here as a child.
