Mountain High Resort: Located in Los Angeles County, Mountain High is the most frequented resort in Southern California. Mountain High is broken up into three areas — East, West, and North — with shuttles that move people between the East and West resorts. The Mountain High West Resort is the most popular of the three areas; most of its terrain is geared toward park enthusiasts, but excellent glade skiing and riding exists in an area known as “The Reef.” Mountain High North is more suitable for beginners, and Mountain High East contains more open alpine terrain.
