Calabogie Peaks Resort: Calabogie Peaks is a 45-minute drive west of Ottawa, just outside the village of Calabogie. The resort claims the highest vertical drop of any of the public ski hills in Ontario. Calabogie has three lifts for its 22 runs, which include the longest green-rated trail in Ontario.
