Skier & Rider Resort Reviews For Ski Granby Ranch

7 reviews on “Ski Granby Ranch

  1. Pros : Family Friendly, Apres Ski wonderful, Short lift lines, good ski conditions
Cons : Not all the Black Diamond Runs were open so, missed skiing terrain that looked like they could have been fun

First time experience was positive and would stay at Granby Ranch again.

  2. Pros : Family-friendly resort, great skiing, wonderful food, accommodating staff
    Cons : None

Our family just skied at Granby Ranch over the long holiday weekend and we just love coming back here year after year. It’s been a great place for our kids to grow up learning to ski…so family-friendly.
This year, I got a great price on lift tickets going thought http://www.getskitickets.com and great service too. Thanks to Erika!

  3. Pros : lift tickets are half the price and no wait lift lines
    Cons : 15 Word Max

Small mountain, no crowds, we skied week before Christmas 2013. It was great! I love this place we go there once a year with our college age kids and our granddaughter, who is 5. We all enjoy the small mountain with no growds. Can’t wait for next year. The view is beautiful as well.

  4. Pros : Uncrowded and affordable
    Cons : none.

Our family of four had a great time skiing this place. We’ve skied it for years and bounce between winter park and Sol Vista. Thanks for the discount lift tickets! It’s what made us choose SolVista this year.

  5. Pros : -
    Cons : 15 Word Max

My family and I enjoyed a day at Granby Ranch last Spring. While we were my son took an all-day snowboarding lesson. He loved it! We live in Denver so it’s an easy drive. He had such a great time, he can’t wait to snowboard again.

  6. Pros : Family friendly
    Cons : Small

SolVista now Granby is a great place for beginners. It is not a huge mountain and it is not intimidating because a lot of kids and adults are learning. You can’t get lost at the base. There is only one place to go and everything is easy to find. We had a great time on St. Patty’s day. It was a fun day in the sun.

  7. Pros : Family friendly for a low budget trip to Colorado
Cons : A smidge on the small side

I skied on saint patrick’s day at Sol Vista / Grandby Ranch. I had a great time with my family. It was pretty icy, but it was due to Colorado having a bad snow year. I would definitely go back to Sol Vista.
