Jackson Hole Opens TOMORROW

by Kirsten Dobroth | November 30, 2016

Jackson Hole has been winning all offseason (you might remember a video linked to locals taking advantage of the freshly fallen goods from early October), and after 100 inches of preseason powder, the legendary resort will start spinning the lifts on Thursday for the public. The resort announced in a press release that after a 100 inches of snow throughout the fall and early winter, Jackson Hole opens tomorrow with Après Vous and Teewinot, and will open both the Teton and Casper Lifts over the weekend. The most recent storm system that’s been leaving it’s powdery footprint around the west dumped 24 inches on Jackson Hole in two days, which has allowed for a big opening day for the resort.
Check Jackson Hole’s blog about any surprise terrain openings, and more information about their opening day. And if the proof is more in the pictures for you, take a peek at the photo below from Jackson’s blog, which was taken yesterday off of the upper part of the Teton Lift. Jealous much? Yeah, I think so.
