The photo illustrates how big the “Hercules” storm is that’s hitting the East Coast the Week of January 1, 2014. NASA captured this shot using a composite of multiple shots and its Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer. East Coasters rejoice under this blanket of winter wonderland.
