Sun Valley Gets Sendy

by Greg Colquitt | February 22, 2019

Sending into the weekend like…

Class V rapids? Nah, how about some good old fashioned deep pow. If this video doesn’t get you pumped about the weekend, then maybe you should consider trying it yourself. You might experience a strange feeling of contemplating launching off your roof on a sled, but before you do, perhaps locate yourself in Sun Valley, ID, where you will be met with a much softer landing. (In fact, the mountain has a pretty sizeable storm headed their way next week!).
Ironically, Sun Valley is home to the world’s first chair lift. I’m no scientist, but I don’t believe a boat that size would fit on even Big Sky’s 8-person chairlift. Will someone please get some engineers on this idea? Stat!
