Family Fun
Very family friendly. One lift had to be shut down during our stay, but the staff was friendly and helpful and refunded parts of our tickets to make the best of a bad situation. The days we did get to ski were fun for our group of 15. It was nice to let the avid skiers go one way and the beginners go another knowing we would all meet at the same spot in the end. The whole Grandby experience was great and we will definitely go back.
Great Family Vacation
We just got back from Ski Granby on a family trip. The ski school was great for the kids 3 & 5 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there over a Saturday and Sunday and it was not crowded like other resorts on a weekend. We stayed at the Summit Condos and they provide a ski lift at the end of the parking lot!! Winter Park is also 20 min away max if you want to experience another park for a day. Great place and we will be going back next year!!

Love this place
Small mountain, no crowds, we skied week before Christmas 2013. It was great! I love this place we go there once a year with our college age kids and our granddaughter, who is 5. We all enjoy the small mountain with no growds. Can’t wait for next year. The view is beautiful as well.
Fun resort for the family and newbie
Our family of four had a great time skiing this place. We’ve skied it for years and bounce between winter park and Sol Vista. Thanks for the discount lift tickets! It’s what made us choose SolVista this year.
Snowboarding Lessons...
My family and I enjoyed a day at Granby Ranch last Spring. While we were my son took an all-day snowboarding lesson. He loved it! We live in Denver so it’s an easy drive. He had such a great time, he can’t wait to snowboard again.
Great for beginners
SolVista now Granby is a great place for beginners. It is not a huge mountain and it is not intimidating because a lot of kids and adults are learning. You can’t get lost at the base. There is only one place to go and everything is easy to find. We had a great time on St. Patty’s day. It was a fun day in the sun.
Cute little Colorado ski resort
I skied on saint patrick’s day at Sol Vista / Grandby Ranch. I had a great time with my family. It was pretty icy, but it was due to Colorado having a bad snow year. I would definitely go back to Sol Vista.
