Skier and Rider Resort Review for Snowbird

  1.
    Pros : Fantastic skiers mountain
    Cons : Can be intimidating

I cannot recomened this mountain higly enough for those who are serious about skiing and are looking for a challenge. Great place to learn powder skiing. It has a side country feel while your still in bounds, i’ve not found this in the other 15 resorts i’ve skiied in the US. Reminds me of some of the resorts i’ve skiied in France but with much better snow. This resort provides the terrain, access and challenge i’m looking for and will keep me coming back for years. I like that i can sleep in the city at 5,000 feet and recover and i’m left with just a 25 minute drive up to the resort in the morning. If you like groomed runs this reort might not be the best place for you, the strength of this resort for me is the lack of grooming.

    Near Perfect

Pros : Perfect snow, friendly staff, worth the trip
    Cons : none

A near perfect experience. Only way to make it better would be if it were in New England 🙂 Will be back every year from now on.

    Amazing!

    Pros : Great snow/Great Terrain
Cons : Not really much of a village

This is the mountain to come to ski some deep powder. This was the deepest snow I had ever skied. I had such an amazing day here. I was shocked coming from Colorado I had never seen so many fat skis in my life. If you are coming to ski and ski hard this is the place to go.
